What is the difference between my account number and card number?
When you have to pay for something, we recommend that you do not authorize automatic charges to your bank account number. It is better to always pay with your virtual card.
Remember: share your account number and routing in order to receive deposits. Use your card number to make payments.
How can I receive money in my account?
The best way to fund your account is with direct deposit from your paycheck. You can find your account and routing number in the Fiado App Menu to provide to your employer and also to receive electronic transfers from another person or App through the ACH system.
Can I withdraw money from any ATM?
Yes, you can use your physical card to withdraw cash at any ATM in the Mastercard, Plus, or Cirrus network.
If you use an AllPoint ATM, withdrawal will be free, find the nearest ATM here.If you use non-AllPoint ATMs, you'll be charged a fee for using their network.
How long does it take to receive my physical card?
My physical card (US dollars) has arrived, now what?
When your card arrives, activate it through the "Activate card" button with Fido that is on the home screen, then you must configure your PIN -- remember to put 4 numbers that you remember very well and that are secure.
Can I add my card to my digital wallet?
Yes, you can add your US dollar debit card in iPhone Wallet and Android Wallet, pay wherever you want without relying on your physical card!
Mexican peso cards cannot be added yet, we will let you know when this changes.
Can I receive deposits from other Apps or banks?
Yes! you just need to connect your account number and routing number to the App or bank from which you want to receive the money, it's very easy to do.
