WHAT DOES FIADO, INC. DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some, but not all, sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.

WHAT?

The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you have with us. This information may include:

  • Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number

Fiado, Inc. is committed to user privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we protect and manage your personal data.

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect in connection with your access to and use of our Services. Please read it carefully. By continuing to use or access our Services, you are accepting the practices described in this Policy.

How does Fiado, Inc. protect my personal information?

We take reasonable measures, including administrative, technical and physical security measures to help protect your personal data against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

We maintain strict security standards and procedures in order to prevent unauthorized access to your data by anyone, including our staff. We use leading technologies such as (but not limited to) data encryption, firewalls and server authentication to protect the security of your data.

How does Fiado, Inc. collect my personal information?

We verify that you are using our Services legally and that you are eligible for the Services you want to use. We protect the Services from fraudsters who may put you and your money at risk. To do this, we may collect data about you from companies that help us verify your identity, if applicable, to prevent fraud or assess risk.

We collect (or have collected during at least the 12-month period prior to the effective date of this Policy) information about you from the following categories of sources:

  • You, directly, when you submit information to us or allow us to access the information
  • Your devices and how you interact with our Services, and
  • Identity verification, if applicable. Information from third-party identity verification services and publicly available sources, including your identification number and government-issued documents.

Eligibility, Compliance and Fraud. Information about you from third parties for any investigation, eligibility, identity or account verification process, fraud detection process or collection procedure, or as otherwise required by applicable law. This may include, but is not limited to, receiving and exchanging account or transaction related information with any consumer reporting agency.

Why can't I limit all sharing?

  • sharing for affiliates' day-to-day business purposes: information about their creditworthiness
  • affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • share for non-affiliates to market to you

  • limit our disclosure;
  • opt out of receiving certain types of email or text messages (also by following the instructions in those messages).

 

You can also write to us at [email protected] or select "Contact Us" at http://www.yoconfiado.com/ if you have any other questions or if you wish to deactivate your account (we may retain data about you for a period of time in accordance with applicable law).

 

Other important information

  • Location Data: Our mobile applications may require location data. If you do not grant us access to this data, you may not be able to use our Services. If you grant access to location data, but then revoke this access, your mobile device may no longer be able to use our Services. You can also uninstall our Services to stop the collection of location data.
  • Notifications: Our Services may ask for your permission to send notifications to your device. Our Services will continue to function if you do not grant us permission to send you notifications.
  • Website Tracking: Certain websites you visit may provide choices regarding the advertisements you receive. For more information or to opt out of certain online behavioral advertising, please visit. http://www.aboutads.info . Some browsers support a "Do Not Track" feature, which is intended to be a signal to websites that you do not want to be tracked on the various websites you visit. Our Services do not currently change the way they work based on the detection of a Do Not Track or similar signal.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Many companies use cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer their websites, track users' movements around the websites and collect information about their user base, such as location information based on IP addresses. Fiado does not currently use cookies. Some of our partners may. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. Instructions for blocking or deleting cookies in browsers may be available in each browser's help or privacy documentation.   • Third-Party Analytics Services: We and our third-party service providers may sometimes use technologies to engage in data analysis, auditing, measurement, research, reporting and debugging on our Services and to measure interactions with our Services, such as tracking referral credits.
  • Third Party Data: The Services contain hyperlinks to other websites or locations that we do not control and that are operated and controlled by third parties ("Third Party Websites"). Our Privacy Policy does not apply to these Third Party Websites and we make no representations regarding the policies or business practices of such Third Party Websites.
  • Changes to this Policy: We may change this Policy. When changes affect the way we use your data in a material way, we will first let you know by email.

We may amend this Policy from time to time by posting a revised version and updating the above "Effective Date". The revised version will become effective on the stated "Effective Date". We will provide you with reasonable advance notice of material changes in the way we use your information, including by email, if you have provided one. These transfers do not require your consent in accordance with the fraction because they are provided for in applicable laws that apply to us.



 

ARCO Rights. You are the owner of your personal data. Therefore, you have the right to exercise, at any time and as many times as you want, your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and / or Opposition (hereinafter ARCO rights) to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise any of your ARCO rights by sending an email to [email protected] and following the procedure published here.

Revocation of consent. At any time you may revoke your consent for us to process your personal data. To do so, you must follow 3 simple steps: 1) Delete your user account in the "fiado" platform; 2) Send an e-mail to [email protected] and; 3) follow the procedure published here.

Limitation of Use and Disclosure. To limit our use of your personal information, please send us an email at [email protected].

Cookies. Our websites (web pages) and the e-mails we send you may contain technologies such as "cookies.cookies" o "web beacons". These technologies allow us to collect data related to your online behavior. We use this data to: (i) provide you with a personalized browsing experience on our websites and (ii) Perform internal statistics to know the movement and flow of visitors within our websites. The personal data we obtain in this way are: IP address, time and time of navigation on our website, sections or micro sites. micro sites visited, websites you visited before accessing ours or links or images you "clicked" to enter our site. We do not share any of this data with anyone. You can disable these technologies at any time by checking the help section of your web browser. Likewise, you can remove these technologies at any time, to do so, consult the user manual of the operating system you use. Information about INAI. If you feel that we have violated any of your rights you may file a complaint directly with the Head of the Personal Data Department by sending an email to [email protected] o file a complaint with the National Institute for Access to Information and Data Protection (INAI), through the Rights Protection Procedure.
